Venus Bridal Return & Refund Policy
At Venus Bridal, we take pride in helping you find the perfect pieces for your special day. Because our bridal accessories and wedding gifts are delicate and often made-to-order, we enforce a strict return policy to ensure the highest quality for all our brides.
1. Return Window
- You have 14 days from the date your package was delivered to request a return or exchange.
- Any requests made after 14 days will unfortunately not be accepted.
2. Condition of Items
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- It must be completely unworn, unused, and unaltered.
- It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.
- Veils must not have any snags, makeup stains, or perfume scents.
- Earrings cannot be returned due to hygiene and health regulations.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom-made or personalized items (e.g., engraved gifts, custom veil lengths).
- Earrings and pierced jewelry.
- Sale or clearance items.
4. Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Venus Bridal is not responsible for lost return shipments.
- A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your total refund amount to cover delicate inspection and repackaging.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received your item and whether the refund is approved.
- If approved, your refund (minus the restocking fee) will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
